Identify cases for SSI, COB, TPL, Case Management referral, Disease Management referral and notifies the appropriate departments.  Screens medical records for quality assurance issues; Responds to urgent telephone requests for authorization, able to do on-line entry of authorization while on phone and seeks immediate approval as appropriate.
